There are some divergences and disputes on the understanding of 'avoidance of responsibility leading to death'in traffic offence,the Clauses 133 in Criminal Law.In this article,the authors analyze the connotation of this stipulation and its formalities of sin in terms of subjective and objective point.On the basis of this analysis,the authors also clarify and classify some related punishments to this offence.
