The Belief in Perfection and the Appearance of Modern Sciences ——About the Intrinsic Role of Aesthetics Factors in the Process of Copernican's Revolution

科学与艺术是塑造人类文明和福祉的两大精神力量。人类的实力、尊严以及关于自身的理想形式之确立 ,都以这两大精神力量为基础。科学与艺术的关系并非是外在的、偶然的联系 ,而是内在的、血肉相关的。文章以科学史的名著为第一手资料 ,剖析了关于近代科学诞生的一个重要史实 ,说明了科学与艺术之间与生俱来的固有关系。

Science and art are the two great powers that form human civilization and its blessedness, and the Human's strength, indignity and ideal of himself have been all established by them. This is not accidental. We, in the realm of history, may easily get many testimonies to prove that the countless ties between science and art are flesh and blood. In the present article, based upon the well known works on the history of science, our idea has concretely been argued for, through analyzing deeply an important historical fact about the appearance of modern sciences, which, in my view, sufficiently shows the inherent relation of science to art.
