In this article,the author explores the theme of Qu Yuan's two passages about XIANG by comparing them one is 'Mr XIANG';the otner is 'Mrs XIANG'.In view of the original material,the two passages are from the folklore;in view of the descriptive skills,the two passages create sharp artistic images by focusing on objective description;in view of subject matter,the two messages are the songs to the sacred that are short and concise.
