摘要
人力资源是指那些有正常智力 ,能够从事生产活动的体力或脑力劳动者。人力资源管理就是企业通过工作分析、人力资源规划、员工招聘选拔、绩效考评、薪酬管理、员工激励、人才培训和开发等一系列手段来提高劳动生产率 ,最终达到企业发展目标的一种管理行为。本文尝试对人力资源管理的战略意义、内容及实施做一简要分析 。
Human resources usually refer to humans,but sometimes refer to manual and brain workers who possess normal intelligence and can take part in productive activities.The aim of management of human resources is improving productivity and achieving an organization's ultimate purpose by means of labor analysis,human resources planning,staff employment,achievement evaluation,salary management,motivating employees,workers training and development etc.With an attempt to analyze the strategic implication,the content and the application of the management of human resources, the author,in combination with China's West Development,briefly states the importance and urgency of implementing the management of human resources.
