2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,我国出现了为数不少的各种类型的企业联盟。但一些企业联盟在运作中存在各种各样的问题 ,致使其未能充分发挥联盟的优势。究其原因 ,是企业联盟的理论尚未得到深入的阐释 ,结盟企业缺少对联盟科学运作的系统研究。鉴于这种情况 ,本文首先系统地归纳了企业联盟的各种类型及其特征 ,在此基础上提出并论证了企业联盟运作成功的六个要素 。

Since 1990s ,many different types of enterprise allance have emerged in our country .However, there exist varied problems in the enterprise alliance,which means that the enterpise alliance can't give full play to their advantages.The reason is as follows:First,the theory of enterprise allance hasn't been deeply explained;secondly,the member enterprises failed to systematically research the scientific management of the alliance.In view of this situation,conclusions regarding the different types of enterprise alliance and their characters are made in this article.The Author mentions six essential factors of scientific management of successful enterprise alliance,and offers them for reference.
