多方案下企业的一种集体决策方法

A Method of Collective Decision in Entcrpises under Muiti-Plans

由于决策的多重性和每个决策者在集体决策层中的地位和重要程度的不同 ,多方案时的集体决策机制要比简单的投票复杂得多。本文既考虑到决策人在集体决策层中的地位或重要程度 ,又兼顾了决策人对每个个体决策方案的偏好程度 。

The collective decision made from multi-plans is much more complex than voting because of multiplicity of the decision and the different status and importance of each decision maker .In this paper ,the author takes into account not only the status and importance of the decision maker in collctive decision but also the personal preference in different decisions. The final decision is the one which satisfies all decision makers to the highest degree in collective decision.
