摘要
大学生自我心理保健应注意解决三大问题 ,一是心理健康标准的把握问题 ;二是自我了解的准确性问题 ;
Three problems should be paid attention to in university students′ self—mental care;First,how to hold the criterion for mental health.Secondly,how to achieve the accunacy of the self—understanding.Finally,how to correctly use the methods of the mental adjusting.
