摘要
通过分析新形势下高校教师面临的问题及新知识状况的挑战 ,对高校教师在培养“创新工程”
Through analyzing a series of problems the teachers will meet and challenges produced by new structure of knowledge,teaching model and role the teachers play that are suitable for reforming demand during cultivating 'creating engineering education'in colleges and universities are discussed.
