摘要
围绕研究生知识、能力、素质的全面质量问题 ,研究其影响因素 ,探寻诸多影响因素中的关键因素。对关键因素进行分析并提出对策 ,增强研究生创新能力的培养 。
The author studies the factors that affect the comprehensive quality of the postgraduate on the basis of knowledge, ability, and quality, and find out the key factors, and puts forward countermeasures. Our purpose is to improve the students' quality.
