摘要
从人才的素质培养入手 ,阐述了当代研究生应该具备的几种能力 ,即知识结构自我完善能力、科研能力和创新能力 ,提出研究生综合能力的培养应该贯穿于整个研究生培养的过程中。
The abilities that postgraduate students should possess, including the ability of self improvement of knowledge, scientific research ability, innovative ability, were expatiated,in the light of cultivating highly qualified talents.
