摘要
由农村剩余劳动力形成的中国民工潮既是自发的 ,也是必然的。由民工的自身素质决定 ,他们外出的境遇较为复杂。要重视对民工问题的研究 ,为健全中国的劳动力市场 ,合理配置劳动力资源 。
As a result of the surplus labors among the rural areas,the appearance of the trend of peasant-labors is somehow spontaneous and inevitable.By reasons of their own qualities,the circumstances of the going-out peaxant-labors are complicated.The research on this kind of questions should provide a theory for the administration on these labors and for the perfection of the labor marketin China and for a rational distribution of the labor resources as well.
