北华大学研究生教育的指导方针是“更新观念 ,深化改革 ;提高层次 ,扩大规模 ;优化结构 ,注重创新 ;严格质量 ,加快发展” ,本方针确定了研究生工作的发展目标。今后的研究生工作应从更新教育观念、提高学位教育层次、扩大教育规模、优化教育结构、加强指导教师队伍建设、健全管理体系。

The guide principle of graduate education in Beihua University is as follows:renovating views,deepening reform;improving level,expanding its scope;optimizing its structure,attaching importance to innovation;Strict quality,accelerating development.The development aim of graduate education affairs was determined.The later task of graduate education include renovating education concept,improving degree level,expanding education scope,optimizing education structure,enhancing teachers' construction,perfecting manage system and so on,and each issue is solved respectively.
