"三个代表"重要思想是对我们党的性质、宗旨和根本任务的新的理论概括,是我们党的立党之本、执政之基、力量之源。而大力促进科技进步和创新则是实现"三个代表"的内在要求。
The thought of 'Three Represents' generalizes the quality and mission of CPC. It is the root and base of CPC and gives CPC power to overcome all the difficulties and administrate the state well. Accordingly, science and technology innovation is essential to making Three Represents into effect.
