Intellectual economy,as a totally new econmy form,is a challenge to present economy form,and it is also a challenge to the quality of present laborer. so, we have to base on the facts in Tibet; taking it as a breach; finding out the gap; analyzing the reasons; grasping the key points and doing Tibet' s education well and enlarging the input of talents. Only on the conditions above will we grasp this historic opportunity to create a bright future.
