摘要
本文对西藏古代体育的活动场地器材进行了研究,认为西藏古代的体育活动场地器材在远古时期已成雏形,到吐蕃时期,直至元明清时期已达相当的规模,构成了西藏民族传统体育发展进程中不可缺的重要组成部分。
This article studies sports field utensils in ancient Tibet.It thinks that the soprts field utensils in ancient Tibet have an embryonic form in remote antiquity period. To Tibetan regime in ancient China, such as, Yuan and Ming Dynasties, it has got a considerably good scope, which is an indispensable part in the developing process of Tibetan nationality 's traditionally physical culture.
