摘要
目的:探讨高原缺氧和平原环境健康成人机体氧自由基代谢的变化。本文分别观察了拉萨藏族和西安汉族正常人血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量。方法:采取藏族和汉族血清各50份,SOD活性用化学比色法,MDA含量用硫酸巴比妥法,NO活性用硝酸还原酶法测定。结果:(1)藏族血清中SOD活性低于汉族(t=6.703,p<0.05);(2)血清中MDA和NO高于西安汉族(MDA:t=7.05,p<0.05;NO:t=10.355,p<0.05)。结论:高原低氧状态下,机体的脂质过氧化活动显著增强,抗氧化能力减弱。
Purpose: In order to observe the variety of free radical in Tibetans living in elevation anoxic environment and plainsmen. The authors determined SOD and MDA and NO of serum in Tibetans and Xi' an Han men respectively. Methods: 50 healthy tibetans serum and 50 healthy Xi an Han men serum were collected. SOD and MDA were determined by chemical colormetry, sulfobabitoric acid method respectively, and NO was determined by nitric acid reducatase method. Results:SOD activity of serum in Tibetans is lower than that of Xi'an Han men(t = 6.703,p <0.05;No:t = 10.355,p < 0.05) . Conclusion: The activity of lipid peroxide of bodies is increased in elevation anoxic environment, the ability of the antioxide is decreased.
