HELLP综合征是妊高征的一种特殊形式或并发症。国内仅见个案报道,临床表现极不典型,可严重危害母儿生命。及时诊断处理能取得较好预后,应引起广大临床工作者的重视,以免延误诊治。
The syndrome has rarely been observed in China and its clinical symptoms are not typical. As a complication of hypertension in pregnancy it may threaten the lives of both mother and infant. The timely diagnosis and proper treatment are crucial in the treatment of the HELLP syndrome.
