新形势下如何提高西藏护理人员综合素质的思考

Thoughts on How to Improve the Comprehensive Quality of Nursing Stuff in Tibet under the New Situation

面对二十一世纪带来的巨大发展契机,如何在新形势下有效地提高西藏护理人员的综合素质,及早摆脱西藏护理水平相对落后的现状是西藏医务工作者面对的挑战。该文就西藏护理现存问题及相应对策做了初步探讨。认为解放思想、转变观念,深化教育改革、优化教学内容及加快管理人才的培养力度等措施具有可行性。

Confronted with the opportunity of development in 21st century, the question of how to improve the comprehensive quality of the nursing staff in Tibet becomes an urgent issue. This paper attempts to summarize the present problems of nursing in Tibet and proposes some countermeasures. The authors stress the feasibility of taking measures to emancipate the mind, change people' s concept, deepen education reform, improve teaching contents and quicken the training of managing personnel.
