摘要
本文着重论述了高校图书馆在对学生进行全面素质教育中所起的重要作用。高校图书馆在素质教育中应树立以人为本的管理理念,完善图书馆的藏书建设,掌握信息需求,开展信息素质教育,同时,图书馆工作人员要全面提高自身素质,才能充分发挥高校图书馆的优势,满足大学生素质教育的需要。
The paper attempts to demonstrate the important role played by the university library on carrying out the quality education to students. The university library should build up the management concept that centers around the people , increase the collection of books and promote the information quality education according to the demand. At the same time, the quality of the working staff in library should be further improved so as to better serve the students.
