输电线路的利用份额及损耗分摊问题

Problems of Using Proportion of Transmission Line and Loss Allocation

对在电流追踪法的基础上 ,结合电力网络本身的特性 ,合理计算各发电公司所应承担的输电费用 ,正确计及各发电厂对各输电线路的利用份额问题进行了分析。提出了一种适合于电力系统的输电线路的利用份额及损耗分摊计算方法。

In order to calculate rationally the transmission cost of each generator,it is necessary to take the using proportion of transmission line of each generator into correct account.Based on the tracing of current and the characteristics of power system,this paper proposed that the network losses caused by active power and reactive power should be calculated respectively;and the power losses of a transmission line is caused by its active power sypply,reactive power supply,and line charging reactive power.The losses caused by line charging reactive power should be allocated to each power supply according to its using proportion to the transmission line.The calculation results for a 26 node system shows that the method is feasible.
