摘要
本文通过对ERP内涵和ERP理论发展历程的阐述与分析,指出了企业必须在充分认识ERP的基础上,进行企业变革,把技术进步和建立现代化管理紧密结合起来,才能使企业在日益复杂和剧烈竞争的市场中获得竞争优势。
By elaborating and analyzing the connotation and the theory development history of ERP.this paper points out the enterprises will carry out the enterprise reformations when they have fully understood the ERP.Only when the technology progresses are tightly combined with the construction of modernization management, can the enterprise achieve the competition advantages in the more and more complex and severe competitive markets.
