摘要
阐述了金属磁记忆检测技术(MMT)的原理及优点,并就磁记忆与磁粉探伤的技术特点进行了比较,同时列举了几个使用MMT法检测电站部件角焊缝的应用实例。认为使用金属磁记忆检测技术,能够评价在役部件的应力分布情况,能够及时发现焊缝应力集中指示区和表面裂纹,为在役设备的寿命评估提供测试依据。
The theory behind metallic magnetic memory test and its advan tages are discussed in detail, and magnetic memory is compared with magnetic par ticle test with respect to their technical characteristics,and meanwhile,sever al typical inspections of angular welds in power station components by magnetic memory test are cited. It is concluded that metallic magnetic memory test can be used to assess the stress distribution in components in service,and identify s tress concentration in welds and cracks in surfaces in a timely manner,and prov ide test data for assessment of service life of equipment in use.
