摘要
针对某电厂排灰、除尘系统结垢危及安全生产等问题,通过对系统运行流程进行分析,对垢样和回水等进行取样化验,认为结垢的主要原因是安装静电除尘器后灰水pH值增大,引起排灰除尘系统大面积结垢。提出加阻垢剂、加酸等处理方法。
The system operating process analysis and sample tests run wi th scalings and returned water indicated that the scaling on a large area in the dust removal and discharge system of a power plant,which endangered safe produ ction,was primarily caused by the increased pH value of ash water after the ins tallation of a static dust remover. Addition of scaling prohibitor or acid is su ggested.
