分析了锅炉过热器产生热偏差的原因,介绍了采用在炉外管中加装流量控制器的方案和计算过程。改造后高压过热器出口管壁温度分布显著改善,提高了过热器的剩余寿命和机组的运行可靠性,开发蒸汽流量再分配技术具有重大的实用价值。

The cause of thermal deviation of boiler superheater was analyzed in this paper. The method of installing steam flow controller was introduced. After steam controller installed, the tube temperature variation will be reduced and the superheater life and reliability will be extended.The usefulness to develop steam redistribution technology was also descripted in the peper.
