介绍了以聚碳酸酯为介电体的臭氧发生管 ,试验和分析了其工作特性与电老化寿命。结果表明 ,以空气为气源时 ,单根臭氧发生管的臭氧生产速率为 4 9.2 g/ h,臭氧质量浓度 2 8.8g/ m3,臭氧单位面积产率 2 4 1g/ (m2· h) ,电能消耗率 13.7k Wh/ kg;当工作电压 <6 370 V时 ,该有机高分子介电体的寿命可望 >80 0 0
This paper deals with the features of structure of the tubular ozone cells with some kind of material of macromolecule organism (Polycarbonate) as dielectric. Its performance characteristics and electrical ageing are analyzed by means of experiment. The results show that the ozone output, ozone concentration, ozone production ratio and electrical consumption are 49.2g/h, 28.8g/m 3, 241g/(m 2·h) and 13.7kWh/kgO 3 respectively for one tubular cell with air as feed gas, and life span of the dielectric will be about 8 000 h in the condition that the operation voltage is not higher than 6 370 V.
