摘要
采用高分子聚合物和磷酸组成的复合添加物可以使干燥后坯体的弯曲强度提高2～3倍,有机聚合物的加入有效地阻止了干燥时磷酸(盐)的迁移,使添加物在坯体中均匀分布,保证了坯体正常的施釉性能,含添加物的坯体烧成后的结构与组成没有本质上的改变。
The composite additive is composed of the phosphoric acid and high polymer.If body is mixed with composite additive,and dry strength can increase by 2 or 3 times.Organic synthesis effectively obstruct migration of acid anhydride is even by distributed all over the drying body,ensureing the normal of glazing behaviour of dry body.The structure and phase composition of sintered porcelain isn′t change essetially with the additive.
