摘要
文章简述了高阻抗电弧炉系统的特点 ,介绍了基于 Windows NT环境下高阻抗电弧炉系统的组成 ,分析了采用工业控制计算机构成控制系统的优点 ,介绍了神经网络控制算法的实现及程序的编制框图 ,并阐述了瞬时值电量采集到有效值的变换算法 ,以及多线程编程的实现。
This paper illustrates the characters of high impedance electric arc furnace,then introduces the constitution of high impedance electric arc furnace system which is based on Windows NT enviorenment.The advantages of industrial computer control system is analysised.The paper explains transform algorithm from transient current or transient voltage to effective current or effective voltage and realizes multiple thread program.At last the result of an experiment is analysised.
