The electric drive of the Paper Cutting Machine of Cylinder Hob is reformed. The PLC is used to control 3 converters that drive the paper turning motor, the paper transmission motor and the paper cutting motor. The synchronous error is controlled optimally by increment numerical PID regulator with speed change integral. The length error of paper cutting is reduced from ±5mm to less than ±1mm.
