摘要 本文采用滚镀法,由悬浮有MoS_2微粒的常规Ag(CN)_2^-镀液制备了Ag-MoS_2复合镀层。试验结果表明在Ag-MoS_2复合镀层的形成过程中,镀液中MoS_2悬浮浓度对镀层中MoS_2共沉积量有显著的影响;滚桶转速对它也有影响;而搅拌器转速几乎对它没有影响。在Ag-MoS_2共沉积过程中,第二吸附步骤——强吸附为速度控制步骤。 The composite coatings of Ag-MoS_2 were oblained from conventional silver cyanide electroplating bath with suspension of MoS_2 powder by barrel plating. The test results show that in the formation process of Ag-MoS_2 composite coating, the MoS_2 concentration in plating solution and current density affect the codeposition amount of MoS_2 in composite coating remarkably, the revolution speed of barrel affects it to a degree, while the revolution speed of agitator make little contribution to it. In the codeposition process of Ag-MoS_2, the second adsorption step is rate determining.
