摘要
通过对电力通信综合网管系统应用情况和用户管理网络需求的分析 ,提出了综合网管系统目前应重点关注的通信业务管理、故障智能分析和通信资源管理等 3个方面的课题 ,及其研制、开发的基本内容 ,并且提出了在现有网管系统基础上改进的建议。
The application of the telecommunication network for electric power systems and the management demands of network users are analyzed. Attention is focused on three topics for the integrated telecommunication network management system, namely, telecommunication business management, intelligent fault estimation and telecommunication resource management. The basic R&D contents of the three topics are given. Several suggestions for improvement based on the current telecommunication network management system are proposed.
