摘要
针对能量管理系统 ( EMS)中同一个实时数据点来源多样化 (称为“多源数据”)的情况 ,介绍了其研究背景和优选方法 ;根据可信度、优先级、控制码及优选规则 ,从“多源数据”中选取最优质量的数据作为 EMS监控和历史统计的基础数据 ,并应用状态估计程序结果 ,实现对其可信度的在线控制 ,有效地屏蔽误差偏大的数据。经优选的实时数据 ,存放在 EMS实时数据库中 ,提高了 EMS实时数据库的可靠性。
To deal with EMS multi source data, a technology is developed to select correct data from different data sources, according to their quality signs and priority. The selected data is used as basic data for system control and history statistics. State estimation result is used online to control quality of multi source data and find out bad data. This technology expands application of state estimation software and improves reliability of EMS data. The final result of adopting this technology is to create a highly reliable and real time unique database.
