摘要
本文比较了添加和未添加 Cu,Ni的 Ag- W系合金的性能 ,指出添加 Cu和 Ni的 Ag- W系合金在浸透烧结过程中形成一个多元系有限固溶相。用电子显微镜观察 W- Ni- Cu- Ag合金时 ,发现除 Ag相与 W相外 ,存在一个环形结构物包裹 W颗粒。用扫描透视电镜 (STEM)和能谱仪 (EDS)进行微区分析 ,证实了这个固溶相的存在。给出了一种含 5 0 wt% W,余为 Ag和 Cu,Ni的四元合金 (简称 AW5 0合金 )装配在电器开关 DW9- 440及 DW10 - 2 0
This paper compares the properties of Ag W alloy with and without Cu, Ni added and indicates how the multi element phase is formed in the sintering process by infiltration.In addition to silver and tungsten,a surrounding ringlike structure with tungsten particles was discovered.Experiment has shown that a new phase of the solution exists in a sample examined by STEM and micro location analysis by EDS.An alloy containing 50wt% and 50wt%(Ag+Cu+Ni)is described in this paper,and it has been obtained by means of DW 9 440 and DW 10 200.
