金属制品进行仿古铜处理所得色调为目前的最流行色.黄铜拉链仿古处理后被广泛用于各种高档服装.因拉链上的布带在黑化处理时易出现腐蚀、高温变形、褪色等,对工艺条件要求甚为苛刻.针对该特点,研制成功了中性,中温、快速的黄铜拉链黑化仿古处理溶液及其工艺,解决了上述问题.

Antiqued black brass zippers are now widely used on luxurious costumes. But colouring of such zippers is rather difficult since the cloth strips holding the zipper tend to be rotted and faded by the solution or deformed under a high working temperature. To solve those problems, a high speed colouring process with a working solution at pH 5.5-7.0 and operating at a temperature of 45-55℃ is recommended.
