综述了三种不同类型的锌-镍合金电镀液组成、性能以及所得镀层的特性.介绍了锌镍合金电镀工艺的应用现状和前景.
Different types of zinc-nickel alloy electroplating baths and their performances as well as the corrosion resistance of the deposits obtained were summarized. Application of the art and future trends in technology development were described.
