摘要
以正交试验为基础研究了最佳的电刷镀锌配方和工艺参数,对2000mm×1000mm×0.8mm的A3钢板单面刷镀试验表明,含ZnSO_4·7H_2O400~600g/L、LS添加剂20-40g/L的刷镀液,在pH=3~4,电压10~12伏条件下,能在太阳能热水器的钢板上获得质量好的保护层.
Zinc brush plating solution containing 400-600 g/L ZnSO_4.7H_2O, 20-40 g/L LS additive and optimized working conditions have been worked out on the basis of orthogonal design. Good quality deposits on A_3 steel solar panel (2000 mm×1000 mm×0.8 mm) can be obtained when electrodeposition is carried out at 10-12 V, pH 3-4.
