摘要
利用乳液聚合技术,以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为主要原料,合成了一种具有高光泽度、高透明性及能够室温交联成膜的水性指甲油产品,并对该产品的成膜速度和一些重要的力学性能进行了深入的研究。结果表明,该乳液体系具有优异的放置稳定性和成膜性能。单体配比m(BA)/m(MMA)为50/50的乳液产品,体系黏度低,涂膜力学性能和耐水性能优异,显示出较为理想的综合性能,为指甲油用乳液产品的进一步开发提供了基础。
According to the subjects of health and environmental protection,the significance of the new aqueous nail enamel was presented.And an aqueous nail enamel product was prepared successfully by using the technique of emulsion copolymerization.This product shows excellent transparency,and can crosslink at ambient temperature.Furthermore,the curing rate and some mechanical properties of the product were discussed deeply.
