摘要
按照取代基与淀粉的结合位点的不同,分类介绍了两性淀粉的合成方法,并就目前常见的几种两性淀粉类型的合成步骤作了详细说明,通过对湿法、干法和半干法3种合成方法的优缺点比较,指出干法、半干法是一种工艺简单、污染小、效率高,从而值得推广的方法。此外,对两性淀粉在未来的发展方向予以展望。
According to the different binding site between substitute group and starch,synthesizing methods of amphoteric starch were introduced respectively,and synthesizing steps of some usual amphoteric starch were illustrated in detail.By comparing wet reaction with dry,as well as semi-dry reaction,it is concluded that dry,semi-dry reaction is simple,low-pollution,high-efficiency,therefore is available.Moreover,the development trends of amphoteric starch in future are prospected.
