摘要
在固定床反应条件下 ,对制备的ZBDS脱硫剂的动力学进行了实验测定。动力学实验基本条件 :常压反应 ,硫化物体积分数为 0 .0 2 %~ 0 .0 4% ,温度为 2 0~ 60℃ ,脱硫剂平均粒径为 0 .2 5mm(60~80目 ) ,脱硫剂添加量为 0 .1g。在消除内外扩散影响的条件下 ,得到了固定床反应条件下动力学实验数据。采用非线性最小二乘法对实验数据进行处理 ,得到了经验动力学方程。对所建立的动力学模型方程进行残差分析、决定性指标ρ2 和工程F检验 ,结果表明 :在本动力学实验条件下 。
The dynamic for the preparation of desulfurizing agent ZBDS was studied at the fixed bed reactor.The basic conditions conducted at the dynamic experimental research were:the pressure was atmospheric,the volumn fraction of sulfur compounds was 0.02%~0.04%,the reaction temperature was 20~60 ℃,the average size of ZBDS was 0.21 nm(60~80 mesh),and the amount of ZBDS used in the dynamic experiment was 0.1g.The experimental dynamic equation was obtained by nonlinear regression program,which computed weighted least squires of the defined objects function.The established dynamic equation was engineering in point based on the engineering proving.
