摘要
以烷氧基镁为起始原料 ,经氯化、载钛等几步反应合成出适用于三井石油化学公司淤浆法HDPE装置的乙烯聚合催化剂。对小试与放大试验合成催化剂的性能进行了对比。
The catalyst for the polymerization of polyethylene applicable to Mitsui Petroleum Chemistry Company,slurry method was synthesized using alkoxygen megnesium as start raw material by chlorination,carrier titanium and other reactions.The properties of the catalysts by bench test and industry test were compared.The polyethylene product with this catalyst was excellent grade.
