摘要
对吉化 1 0 4厂乙烯车间丙烯精馏塔进行计算机模似计算 ,采用Mellapak(2 5 0Y)规整填料改换原浮阀塔板 ,使得该塔操作稳定 ,每年节省蒸汽量为四万吨 ,带来很大的经济效益 .
Simulation of the propylene distillation tower in workshop of factory 104 is carried out by computer.Mellapak(250Y) structured packing is adopted to modify the initial float valve.The operation is stable after reformation.This could save steam 40 thousand tons,bringing us large economic profit.
