摘要 高压浸渍系统把炼钢用石墨电极、白云石砖、耐火材料真空脱气后,注入沥青,进而在高压状态下使沥青完全浸渗到浸渍品的气孔中去。浸渍系统以独特的方式,将其核心部分浸渍罐设计成卧式,可进行连续生产,该系统由浸渍罐、贮溜槽、预热炉、冷却室等构成,并辅设真空排气装置、加压装置、载热体加热装置以及输送装置等,以满足生产要求。 The high pressure impregnation system is used to fully impregnate pitch into pores of dolomite-bricks, refractory or graphite electrode used in steel making after vacuum degassing of the impregnated products. The impregnating tank is the core of the system, which is designed as a horizontal unit and can be operated continuously. The system mainly consists of the impregnating tank, the storage tank, the preheating furnace and the cooling chamber with some associated parts or sections, such as the vacuum exhausting device, the pressurizing device, the heating and conveying devices for heat carrier or medium. The design and the application of the system marked the progress in the field of advanced impregnating technology in China.
