The passageway OD information in city entrance an exit is one of the basic data needed in the traffic demand prediction of urban transportation planning. Based on the practical condition of Chinese middle size city′s entrance and exit. We propose one new OD survey method and sampling expansion model, which is more suitable for such cities, the new model takes sampling information of original and destination points into account, and can produce more accurate results.
