我国公路建设资金缺口很大 ,这种形势迫切需要加强和改进工程造价控制管理。造价控制不是简单的材料或资源的价格市场收集和发布 ,而需要从各个阶段、从建筑市场及整个社会的角度去研究。文中仅从工程管理模式和阶段经济分析的角度初步探讨工程造价控制的方法。

In order to meet the need of funds for highway construction,the management way of its cost should be improved and reinforced.Cost controlling isnot simple collection or distribution of construction market prices of construction material,it should be studied on the basis of construction stages,construction market and from the view of society, it is a cost engineering.This paper only studies the methods of highway engineering cost managing by way of construction management modes and construction economy analysis at each stage.
