砷化镓单晶生长炉用超导磁体系统

摘要 室温孔径0.31m,高0.5m的砷化镓单晶炉超导磁体系统已建成并进行了电流闭环实验。超导磁体在直径15cm的坩埚区域提供4000Gs以下垂直磁场。实验测量装置每天液氦消耗量为1.51。补充液氦后,估计可连续稳定工作七天。 A superconducting magnet system with a 0.31m warm bore.0.5m heightuesd for GaAs crystal growing furnace has been constructed and tested. The superconducting magnet provided up to 4000 Gs vertical magneticfield in the crucible area of φ15cmx15cm.The consumption of LHe of thedevice was measured to be 1.5 liters a day.After filling cryostat with liquidhelium the magnet system can work continuously for 7 days.
