摘要
在磁体绕制过程中,根据设计要求对磁体施加预应力是重要的。本文推导了交流力矩电机的电压与线架所受力矩之间关系的一般形式,并将其应用于一具体的绕线装置,分析了绕线过程中的张力变化,设计了恒张力下的电压变化曲线。
It is important to provide a predesigned stretching force for the wire of amagnet which is being wound.In this paper,a relation for winding processingsis derived between the moment on a wire reel connected with an alternatingcurrent torque motor and the voltage in which the motor works.The resultsshow that the differences between the measured values and the calculatedones are small.In addition,the changes of stretching force in a few cases areobtained and the corresponding voltage change curves are drawn.
