对城市轨道交通的功能进行了再认识,从理论上论述了轨道交通促进城市经济发展的机理。阐述了轨道交通能够产生巨大的社会经济效益,应从更深层次上认识轨道交通对城市发展的意义和贡献,从而最终做出正确的项目投资决策。
With an explanation of the communication functions of Urban Mass Transit and a theoretical a-nalysis of the roles UMT plays in urban economic development, the author argues that the significance and contribution of UMT to the development of a city could only be made by a further study of the potential interrelationship between UMT and UED, which will finally lead to a foresighted investment decision.
