摘要
通过探讨项目融资的特点、基本类型以及分 析它所面临的风险,设计了我国城市轨道交通建设进行项 目融资的框架。
Project financing is widely adopted in the world today because of its evident merits. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics and basic categories of project financing, the author argues that risk in project financing still exists, and the design of the framework of utilizing project financing for UMT in China shall be well discussed.
