Relationship between Land Use and Transportation Planning in Urban Develooine Areas

从开发区的土地利用的特点入手,分析了开发区土地利用规划和交通规划之间相融关系。并对城市交通系统对土地使用的反馈作用进行了初步分析,在此基础上提出了开发区交通用地规划的一些思想。

After an analysis of the integrated relationship between land use and transportation planning on urban developing area ( UDA) , the author discusses the characteristics of land use in UDA, and the feedback function of the transportation system against the land use, argues that the transportation planning in UDA shall be put into an overall consideration of land use.
