摘要
某一大型隧道拟采用盾构法施工,初次衬砌设计为预制钢筋混凝土管片,由于管片接缝的刚度与强度的取值还无现成理论可依,设计中需通过接头荷载试验来确定。文章重点对预制管片接头荷载试验方法和典型试验结果进行了介绍和初步分析。试验研究内容包括:接头的受力、变形及破坏过程;接头强度的定量评价;接头端肋、侧肋、连接螺栓等各部分的强度匹配情况的研究等。
The shield method is planned to be taken in a large tunnel, with a primary lining of prefabricated reinforced concrete segment. And the toughness and strength of segment joint are determined by load tests. In this paper, the load test of segment joint and its results are especially introduced and basic analysis is carried out herewith. The study includes the course of joint force bearing, deformation and damage, the quantitative evaluation of joint strength and the strength matching of joint rib, side rib and joint bolt.
