摘要
从分析抱轴瓦的结构入手,阐述了供油断面多、受力复杂的结构使油膜建立困难,易产生碾瓦的主要原因。提出并实施了防止碾瓦的工艺措施,为了建立连续完整的全液体润滑体系,对抱轴瓦的结构改进进行了理论研究,并根据这个理论提出新的“免维护抱轴瓦”及抱轴油盒的设计方案。
First, this peper pointed out the main reason of barning tile through analyzing the structure of hugging - axis tile. And then put forward the measuve to prevent the burning tile. Finally this paper gave a new design scheme for structure of hugging - axis tile.
